Masaq Mind
Terms of service
Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of Masaq Mind, a platform operated by Masaq Mind Inc. ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to them.
How access works
Masaq Mind is licensed to organizations, not to individuals. You have access because an organization granted you a role in it. That organization decides what your role can see and do, and it can change or withdraw your access at any time without involving us.
A separate agreement between us and your organization governs the service itself. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, that agreement wins for the organization, and these terms still govern your own use.
Your account
Keep your account to yourself. Do not share your sign-in link, your password or your passkey, and tell your organization's administrator promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, except where someone else's wrongdoing is the cause.
Both you and your organization must keep your contact details accurate, because sign-in and notifications depend on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Masaq Mind to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to post content that is unlawful, defamatory or malicious. Do not try to reach records your role does not give you, probe or interfere with the platform's security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or reverse-engineer it. Do not upload malware. Do not resell access.
Content
Your organization owns its records, and you keep whatever rights you already had in what you submit. You grant us the licence we need to host, process, display and back up that content so the platform can work, including sending it to the service providers named in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we may act on a valid legal demand.
We are not the author of anything an organization or its members put into the platform, and we do not verify it. Content that arrives through an automated channel, such as an inbound email, is marked as unverified until somebody in the organization confirms it.
Features that depend on third parties
Payments, text messages, meeting integration and automated document, audio and assistant processing rely on third-party services. They are provided as they are. Automated output can be wrong or incomplete: treat it as a draft to check, not as a decision. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical or safety judgments.
Availability
We aim to keep Masaq Mind available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something your organization depends on, we will give it reasonable notice.
Suspension
We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, its other users, or ourselves, including for a security threat, a legal requirement, or a serious breach of these terms. Where circumstances allow, we will say why and give a chance to fix it.
Disclaimer and liability
Except where the law does not allow it, Masaq Mind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and will update the date at the top. If a revision materially affects you, we will give notice through the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Masaq Mind after that means you accept the revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
